Take the Hoosier out of the kitchen
I love the possibilities and the dynamic uses of so many things... if you just stop thinking about what it was originally designed to do. A flat surface is just perfectly useful, cubbies and drawers can hide the necessary but not so esthetically pleasing, and well the glass doors that what they're for, to show off the good stuff. Right now it functions as a desk, because pot belly drawers can hold more than just dry goods. So think about it, what can you do with a good looking Hoosier. I guess you can still use it the kitchen.
